    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a language recognition method and apparatus, a device and a computer storage medium. In an aspect, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, after the Nth speech segment included by the speech signal is received, language recognition is performed according to already-received previous N speech segments to obtain the score of each language in at least one language, N being 2, 3, 4 . . . ; therefore, if there exists a langue whose score reaches the designated threshold, the language whose score reaches the designated threshold is considered as the language matched with the speech signal. Therefore, the technical solutions according to embodiments of the present disclosure solve the problem in the prior art that the efficiency of language recognition is lower so that the language recognition cannot be applied to an application scenario in which the recognition result needs to be obtained quickly.

The method includes calculating, by a particular scoring algorithm for each keyword generator, a keyword score for each identified keyword suggestion. The scoring algorithm includes multiple weighting factors chosen based on the type of the keyword generator. The method includes generating a set of suggested queries including at least a portion of the text query and one or more identified keyword suggestions and filtering suggested queries from the set based on privacy settings associated with the identified keyword suggestions. The method includes sending, to the client system, instructions for presenting one or more of the suggested queries.

A thin, contiguous SiC layer is disposed directly on at least the tip portion of the field emitter protrusion using a process that minimizes oxidation and defects in the SiC layer. The field emitter can take various shapes such as pyramids and rounded whiskers. One or several optional gate layers may be placed at or slightly lower than the height of the field emitter tip in order to achieve fast and accurate control of the emission current and high emission currents. The field emitter can be p-type doped and configured to operate in a reverse bias mode or the field emitter can be n-type doped.
