  • Patent number: 12184939
Abstract: A mobile software application implementing “live events,” via which a host of the event may sequentially offer one, two, three, four or more items to a plurality of guests in the event (e.g., via auction, via direct purchase, or via a giveaway). The host's device may obtain and transmit a real-time video stream, which is in turn provided to each guest's device in conjunction with real-time information about the item(s) being offered. Particular techniques further assist the host in sequencing two or more items to be offered in the same live event, thereby avoiding delays and cumbersome user interface interactions that might otherwise be involved in initiating the offering of a next item upon concluding an offering of a previous item.

  • Publication number: 20240289973
Abstract: An environment-aware prediction and control framework, which incorporates learned environment and terrain features into a predictive model for human-robot symbiotic walking, is disclosed herein. First, a compact deep neural network is introduced for accurate and efficient prediction of pixel-level depth maps from RGB inputs. In turn, this methodology reduces the size, weight, and cost of the necessary hardware, while adding key features such as close-range sensing, filtering, and temporal consistency. In combination with human kinematics data and demonstrated walking gaits, the extracted visual features of the environment are used to learn a probabilistic model coupling perceptions to optimal actions. The resulting data-driven controllers. Bayesian Interaction Primitives, can be used to infer in real-time optimal control actions for a lower-limb prosthesis. The inferred actions naturally take the current state of the environment and the user into account during walking.

  • Patent number: 12024594
Abstract: The materials and methods disclosed can be used for applications such as temporary bond and debond of semiconductor and display substrates. These materials have sufficiently low melt rheologies to be used as a bonding layer and can crosslink/cure to allow for reduction in material flow over long periods of time. This class of materials also incorporates the ability to be used as a single-layer system for debonding purposes and typically uses laser debonding for its release mechanism. These materials also allow for solvent cleanability using very mild acidic conditions instead of the typical harsh conditions used on curable layers.
