    Abstract: A method for constructing an artificial intelligence (AI) integrated model is provided, including: obtaining a training dataset, an initial graph network model, and a plurality of base models; then iteratively training the initial graph network model by using training data in the training dataset and the plurality of base models, to obtain a graph network model; and then constructing the AI integrated model based on the graph network model and the plurality of base models, where an input of the graph network model is a graph structure consisting of outputs of the plurality of base models. Since the graph network model considers neighboring nodes of each node in the graph structure when processing the graph structure, the graph network model fully considers differences and correlations between the base models when fusing the outputs of the plurality of base models.

The method includes: obtaining a sound velocity of a fiber and nanosized materials reinforced concrete test block; deriving a structural compressive strength of the fiber and nanosized materials reinforced concrete test block according to the sound velocity and a relation between fiber and nanosized materials reinforced concrete structural compressive strength and fiber and nanosized materials reinforced concrete sound velocity; determining strengths of various parts of the fiber and nanosized materials reinforced concrete test block based on measured parameters and recorded design parameters of the test fiber and nanosized materials reinforced concrete, and evaluating deviations of the strengths of the respective parts from the structural compressive strength.

    Abstract: A power switch of a processing device comprises a plurality of series-connected switching stages, with each switching stage comprising a plurality of parallel-connected switching devices and an inverter chain. The switching devices are coupled between a power supply input and a power supply output of the power switch. Each of the switching devices of a given one of the switching stages is driven by an output of a corresponding one of the inverters of the inverter chain of that stage. A control input of the first switching stage receives a control signal for controlling a state of the power switch, and a control input of each remaining switching stage is driven by a control output of an immediately preceding switching stage. The switching devices in one or more of the switching stages are configured to have different switching characteristics than the switching devices in at least one other stage.
