The mounting frame is configured for receiving a plurality of fans. The pivoting member is pivotably mounted to the mounting wall. The pivoting member is pivotable relative to the mounting wall to engage in or disengage from the hook. When the pivoting member is engaged in the hook, the pivoting member secures the mounting frame to the mounting wall. When the pivoting member is disengaged from the hook, the mounting frame is removable from the mounting wall. A fan assembly with the mounting device is further disclosed.
