    Abstract: An adhesive material that provides fast and robust adhesion on wet surfaces, where the adhesion formed is detachable on-demand. The adhesive material is formed of one or more hydrophilic polymers or copolymers grafted with one or more amine coupling groups via a plurality of cleavable physical bonds and/or cleavable covalent bonds and one or more cross linkers. Application of the adhesive material on a wet surface causes the adhesive material to absorb liquid to thereby swell the adhesive material to form a layer of hydrogel, resulting in the formation of temporary crosslinks followed by covalent crosslinks with the surface. Introducing a triggering agent cleaves the cleavable physical bonds and/or cleavable covalent bonds to allow for non-traumatic detachment of the adhesive material from the surface.

According to the present invention, a class of brand-new SHP2 and CDK4/6 dual-target inhibitors are prepared by means of a pharmacophore fusion and reasonable drug design method, so that the problems of drug resistance, poor drug effect, etc., of the existing SHP2 inhibitor and CDK4/6 inhibitor are solved; the great significance of the present invention is providing the first SHP2 and CDK4/6 dual-target inhibitor, which provides a basis for solving the problem of drug resistance of kinase and phosphatase in the later period.

In association with a display of a user interface, an eye tracking via images captured by an imaging device is performed to programmatically detect eye movement and fixation relative to sub-regions of the user interface. Eye fixations on at least one of the sub-regions from the eye tracking. Visual cues are extracted from the user interface based at least in part on the eye fixations, the visual cues being in a sequence of identification. A visual language sentence is generated based at least in part on the visual cues as extracted. The visual language sentence of the visual cues in the sequence of identification is correlated to at least one decision using a visual language understanding routine.
