    Abstract: The present invention relates to an additive manufacturing system and its methods. The system includes a material conveyor, an energy source, and a micro-forging device. The material conveyor is configured to convey material. The energy source is configured to direct an energy beam toward the material, the energy beam fuses at least a portion of the material to form a solidified portion. The micro-forging device is movable along with the material conveyor for forging the solidified portion, wherein the micro-forging device comprises a first forging hammer and a second forging hammer, the first forging hammer is configured to impact the solidified portion to generate a first deformation, and the second forging hammer is configured to impact the solidified portion to generate a second deformation greater than the first deformation.

The box container has a box opening. The foldable top cover includes a center plate and at least one lateral plate. The center plate is connected to the at least one lateral plate with an axial structure, the lateral plate is folded to align with the center plate in an elongated manner during shipping. The lateral plate is rotated with respect to the center plate along the axial structure to expand and to cover the box opening of the box container.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a three-dimensional target object may include forming a shell from loose machining powder using an additive manufacturing process and subjecting the shell to a densification process to form a target object. The shell may define an enclosure that contains additional machining powder. The densification process may include causing metallurgical bonding between the shell and additional machining powder contained in the enclosure defined by the shell and shrinking and/or distorting the shape of the shell to conform the target object to a three-dimensional model for the target object. The shell may include a plurality of layers and/or parts that differ at least in respect of density. The plurality of layers and/or parts may be configured based at least in part on the shrinking and/or distorting to the shape of the shell needed to conform the target object to the three-dimensional model for the target object.

Further disclosed is a method for electrically machining including: movably connecting an electrode to a rotatable shaft; inserting the rotatable shaft into a hole in a workpiece, and keeping a gap between the electrode and the workpiece, wherein the hole has a first diameter; powering on the electrode and the workpiece; rotating the rotatable shaft in the hole to generate centrifugal force; and pushing the electrode relative to the rotatable shaft towards the workpiece under an action of the centrifugal force to remove a portion of a material of the hole.

    Abstract: A particle drilling method includes steps of: (a) injecting particles, namely injecting slurry and the particles into a well through an injection device; (b) recovering the particles, specifically including steps of: enabling a mixture of particles, rock debris and slurry returned from the well to directly flow into a magnetic separator (10) by a pipeline through a rotational control head at a drill floor; sending separated particles into a storage tank by the magnetic separator (10); and sending a mixture of rock debris and slurry into a slurry tank (11); and (c) injecting the particles in the storage tank into the well through the injection device for drilling again, so as to form a drilling circulation. The above method effectively solves a problem of many slurry leakage points in prior arts and greatly reduces an environmental pollution risk.
