Abstract: A display panel and a display apparatus are provided in the present disclosure. The display panel includes a substrate; a drive circuit layer, at least including a first metal layer and a second metal layer; a light-emitting functional layer; and a first electrode layer. A plurality of first isolation structures is on a side of the substrate and in a non-display region; and at least one first isolation structure isolates at least one of the light-emitting functional layer, the first electrode layer, and other corresponding film layers extending to the non-display region. At least one first isolation structure includes a first portion and a second portion configured to be stacked with each other; the first portion is at the first metal layer; the second portion is at the second metal layer; and the first metal layer and the second metal layer are separated by an insulating layer.
