The first transistor has a gate that receives a first version of a first data signal. The second transistor has a gate that receives a first version of a second data signal. The third transistor has a gate that receives a second, complementary version of the first data signal. The fourth transistor has a gate that receives a second, complementary version of the second data signal. The first data signal encodes data in a first mode and enables the pullup and pulldown structures in a second mode of operation. The second data signal encodes data in the second mode of operation and enables the pullup and pulldown structures in the first mode of operation.
