The dual-view naked-eye 3D display device includes a thin film transistor (TFT) substrate, a diffraction grating provided on the TFT substrate, a liquid crystal layer provided on the diffraction grating, a polarizer provided on the liquid crystal layer, and a light source for emitting light to the TFT substrate. The display panel includes an array substrate and a color film substrate forming a cell aligning structure, and a liquid crystal layer arranged between the array substrate and the color film substrate. The thickness of the liquid crystal layer is 1.5 um to 3 um. The disclosure reduces the thickness of the liquid crystal layer and greatly reduces the falling edge time of the display panel without greatly affecting the transmittance, thereby reducing the overall response time of the display panel.
