    Abstract: A nonlinear adaptive motion control method for robotic arm manipulation includes steps including inputting an output of the incremental nonlinear dynamic inversion controller to a servo motor drive configurable to drive the robotic arm; the system being provided to carry out the method. The method overcomes the problems of conventional robotic arm motion control technologies in identifying the movement load model and tuning the controller time-variant parameters, without relying on the robotic arm motion load model and external disturbance model which are conventionally required in tuning controller parameters. Since the difficulties and problems cannot be effectively solved by far, the disclosure offers a simple, effective, efficient control method and system for robotic arm movement.

    Abstract: An IR thermopile sensor and a method of manufacturing the same. In the IR thermopile sensor, a substrate defines an annular first groove provided therein with a thermal conductivity enhancement layer made of an electrically conductive material. A plurality of thermocouple components are spaced apart from one another above an insulating layer and a support layer extend from above the thermal conductivity enhancement layer towards the inside of an internal annular wall of the first groove. The additionally included thermal conductivity enhancement layer can stabilize the temperature of cold ends of the thermocouple components and reflect IR radiation, helping maintain cold junctions at the same temperature as the ambient temperature. Thus, a temperature gradient can be more easily established across hot and cold ends, resulting in improved performance. The thermal conductivity enhancement layer can be made of a material, which is selected to make the present invention easy to implement in terms of structure.

The method eliminates a need of motor model with the controller parameters being tuned, thereby overcoming the technical problems in conventional technologies that motor model identification, particularly online model identification, significantly increases system complexity.

The drive power supply includes a capacitor, and a switch connected between the capacitor and the coil. The switch is temporarily turned on in order to turn on/off the mechanical switch, and supplies the drive current from the capacitor to the coil. The drive power supply further includes a charging circuit that charges the capacitor in an OFF period of the switch, a detection circuit that detects a charging current and a voltage of the capacitor, and a diagnosis circuit that diagnoses a degradation state of the capacitor from the detected charging current and voltage.

    Abstract: Techniques for video streaming are disclosed. Audio input related to products for sale is received from a user within an embedded interface. The embedded interface includes an artificial intelligence virtual assistant represented by a synthetic human host. The audio input is captured by a natural language processing engine, creating a data segment which is sent to a large language model (LLM). The data segment can be divided into one or more subsegments. Each subsegment can be processed independently by the LLM to generate a response based on product information stored in the LLM database. The LLM responses are converted by a text-to-speech (TTS) converter into an audio response. The audio responses are used to produce a video segment including the synthetic host performing the audio stream. The capturing and processing of user audio continues to allow a human-like dialogue with the synthetic human host.

When the AC power supply is normal, the controller turns on the semiconductor switch. When an open state of the circuit breaker is detected, the controller controls the power converter to supply a current having a phase opposite to that of the current detected by the current detector to flow through the semiconductor switch and supply the AC power to the load. The controller further turns off the semiconductor switch in response to that the amplitude of the current detected by the current detector is 0.

The audio files comprise answers from a large language model to a user requesting information on products for sale. Each audio file is used to produce a video segment, featuring an animated artificial intelligence virtual assistant performing the audio file. The animating uses a Mel spectrogram analysis of the audio file. The audio analysis allows each word, sound, or phoneme of the audio file to be aligned with the matching video frame of the virtual assistant speaking each word. As the first video segment is streamed to the user, additional audio files are used to produce more video segments. The subsequent video segments are buffered based on a probabilistic model as the previous segments are streamed, so that as each video segment is completed, the next segment begins.
