Abstract: A network slice handover method and apparatus as applied to the network slice field can include: a slice selection network element receives resource information of an original network slice from a network slice management function network element, where the resource information of the original network slice includes a performance indicator of the original network slice, alarm information of the original network slice, and/or an analysis report for the original network slice; determines, based on the resource information of the original network slice and a network slice handover policy, whether to hand over a terminal device in the original network slice to a target network slice.

Abstract: A network management method includes obtaining an analysis report of a first-hierarchy managed object from a management data analytics device, or a status report of at least one second-hierarchy managed object from a second-hierarchy network management device, and indicating, based on a performance indicator requirement of the first-hierarchy managed object and the analysis report or the status report, to the second-hierarchy network management device to manage the at least one second-hierarchy managed object. A first-hierarchy network management device is connected to the second-hierarchy network management device. The first-hierarchy network management device and the second-hierarchy network management device are configured to separately manage managed objects of different hierarchies. A managed object of the managed objects is a device, a network, or a service provided by the network.

Abstract: This application provides a network management method and apparatus, to implement a service level specification SLS goal of a network slice and/or a network slice subnet. The method includes: A first network management producer entity receives first management policy information, and performs a first management policy in the first management policy information which is corresponding to a first closed-loop management process. The first closed-loop management process has an association relationship with at least one second closed-loop management process which is corresponding to second management policy information, wherein the first management policy information and at least one piece of second management policy information are for implementing assurance goals of the first closed-loop management process and the at least one second closed-loop management process.

Abstract: This disclosure discloses a network slice and network slice subnet management method. In the method, a performance assurance policy of a network slice is determined, so that an NSMF device executes the performance assurance policy of the network slice, to implement performance assurance. In addition, a performance monitoring policy of the network slice may also be determined, so that the NSMF device performs performance monitoring on the network slice according to the performance monitoring policy of the network slice, to learn of a running status of the network slice. In addition, the NSMF device may execute the performance assurance policy of the network slice based on a performance monitoring result. This is also similar for a network slice subnet.
