Abstract: A cold plate assembly includes a cold plate body and a flexible printed circuit. The cold plate body is provided with a cooling liquid flow channel for flowing of cooling liquid. The cold plate body is connected to an electronic component in a thermally conductive manner, and the cooling liquid is used to conduct heat of the electronic component through the cold plate body, to dissipate the heat for the electronic component. The flexible printed circuit is integrated on the cold plate body, and the flexible printed circuit is provided with a high-speed signal cable and a power interconnection cable, where the high-speed signal cable and the power interconnection cable are separately used to electrically connect to the electronic component.

Abstract: A computing system includes a plurality of fusion nodes and a plurality of switching nodes. A first fusion node in the plurality of fusion nodes includes a plurality of computing chips and at least one first switching chip. The at least one first switching chip is configured to implement communication connection between the plurality of computing chips. A first switching node in the plurality of switching nodes is coupled to the first fusion node through a connector. The first switching node is configured to implement communication connection between the first fusion node and another fusion node in the plurality of fusion nodes. The switching chip and the computing chips are deployed nearby. A mode of orthogonal connection and two-level data exchange is used between the plurality of fusion nodes and the plurality of switching nodes, to build a high-density system with high performance, a high bandwidth, and low latency.

When it is detected whether the coolant heat pipe or the solenoid valve is abnormal, the control chip may obtain a temperature difference of the component in the device when the working state of the solenoid valve is controlled, and relatively conveniently determine whether the coolant heat pipe or the solenoid valve is abnormal based on the temperature difference.

The space in the cabinet is divided into a first space and a second space for placement an electronic device. The heat exchange component performs heat transfer between the first space and the second space. A first air inlet and a first air outlet are disposed in the first space, and an airflow entering from the first air inlet flows through a first surface of the heat exchange component and exits from the first air outlet.
