  • Publication number: 20260242461
Abstract: Provided herein are trispecific binding proteins comprising four polypeptide chains that form three antigen binding sites that specifically bind one or more target proteins, wherein a first pair of polypeptides forming the binding protein possess dual variable domains having a cross-over orientation, and at least two of the antigen binding sites specifically bind an interleukin-4 (IL-4) polypeptide and an interleukin-13 (IL-13) polypeptide, respectively. In some embodiments, the third antigen binding site specifically binds an OX40L polypeptide, an interleukin-17 (IL-17) polypeptide, or a natural killer group 2D (NKG2D) polypeptide. The disclosure also relates to nucleic acid molecules, expression vectors, host cells, compositions (e.g., pharmaceutical compositions), methods of production, methods of use, and uses related thereto.

  • Publication number: 20150175678
Abstract: The present invention relates to isolated IgA antibodies, or fragments thereof, which have variable domains derived from an antibody that specifically binds to a CD4-induced (CD4i) epitope. In particular, the isolated IgA antibodies display enhanced neutralization activity relative to their IgG, non-chimeric counterparts. The invention also provides methods for therapy with the isolated IgA antibodies for the treatment of a subject having a viral infection or having an increased risk of a viral infection.

  • Publication number: 20080138339
Abstract: The present invention provides an anti-ovarian cancer bispecific antibody. Said antibody includes two polypeptide domains connected by a polypeptide linker, one is anti-ovarian cancer antibody, or its Fab fragment, single complementarity determining region (CDR) antibody or single chain Fv (scFv) and the other is anti-CD3 antibody, or its Fab fragment, single CDR antibody or scFv. The present invention also provides DNA sequences encoding said antibody, an expression vector containing said DNA sequence, and a host cell containing said expression vector.
