    Abstract: This application relates to a communication method and device. A remote terminal device receives a first data packet from a relay terminal device by using an SRB1. The first data packet includes a first message and an SRAP header. The remote terminal device removes the SRAP header via an SRAP entity to obtain configuration information. The SRAP entity is determined before the SRAP header is removed. The remote terminal device configures the SRAP entity based on the configuration information. The remote terminal device may predetermine the SRAP entity.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of nucleic acids, and in particular, to a method for precisely preparing a circular RNA with an Anabaena intron self-cleaving ribozyme. By redesigning a target nucleic acid sequence of a linear RNA, selecting a site suitable for precise cleavage by the intron self-cleaving ribozyme, and removing exon sequences from the Anabaena intron self-cleaving ribozyme, precise cyclization of RNAs after in vitro transcription is achieved. The method provided by the present invention solves the problem in the prior art that linear RNAs cannot be precisely cyclized during the process of generating circular RNAs in vitro, and provides an ideal in vitro preparation method for circular RNA applications.

    Abstract: As disclosed herein, the preS antigen on infectious hepatitis B virus (HBV) particles can provide B and T ceil epitopes that promote the humoral and cellular responses and enhance the seroprotection rate by overcoming non-responsiveness to the S antigen-only vaccines. Therefore, compositions and methods are disclosed using the preS antigen to develop vaccines and immune therapies for treating or preventing hepatitis B infection, in particular, virus-like particles (VLPs) are disclosed that contain the preS antigen on its surface. These VLPs can be used alone or in combination with vaccines containing the hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) to vaccinate subjects against HBV as well as to activate T ceils for adoptive T cell therapy to eradicate HBV infected hapatocytes.
