    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a Doppler shift compensation scheme applicable in a high mobility communication system. In some examples, a Doppler shift compensation apparatus may include an angle measuring unit configured to measure Angle Of Arrival (AOA) information of a User Equipment (UE); a velocity calculating unit configured to calculate a velocity information of the UE based on the measured AOA information; a frequency shift estimating unit configured to estimate Doppler shift of the UE based on the measured AOA information and the calculated velocity of the UE; a frequency shift compensation triggering unit configured to trigger Doppler frequency shift compensation based on the estimated Doppler shift of the UE; and a frequency shift compensating unit configured to perform the Doppler frequency shift compensation based on a trigger instruction from the frequency shift compensation triggering unit.

    Abstract: Provided are a method and device for processing a standard version mode of a base station, a terminal and a base station. A base station working in a first standard version mode judges whether a working mode of the base station needs to be adjusted, the first standard version mode is a mode of providing services for a first standard version terminal at least supporting a first standard version. If a judging result is yes, the base station adjusts the first standard version mode to another standard version mode, wherein said another standard version mode is a mode of providing services for other standard version terminals at least supporting another standard version other than the first standard version. Through the solutions, the problem that the system spectrum efficiency is hard to improve effectively and the networking flexibility is low due to the excessive emphasis on backward compatibility can be solved.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting control signaling, an apparatus for processing control signaling and a terminal are provided. A base station transmits evolved control signaling to an evolved terminal on M downlink subframes in a radio frame, wherein M is an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than N, and N is the number of the downlink subframes in the radio frame. The above technical solution enhances basic control signaling of an LTE-series standard, reduces system overhead and terminal energy consumption, meets demands for future development of the industry, solves the problem of large system overhead and high terminal energy consumption due to the wireless communication standards, and meanwhile also gives sufficient consideration to backward compatibility of the system, and better meets demands of data users rapidly developing and future development of the wireless communications industry.

    Abstract: A power conversion apparatus includes plural press-pack power semiconductor devices; plural thermal and electric conducting blocks provided among the plural press-pack power semiconductor devices; and plural bus bars provided among the plural press-pack power semiconductor devices and the plural thermal and electric conducting blocks to form a first column that is clamped under a predetermined mechanical force. A method for assembling the power conversion apparatus is also provided.
