    Abstract: Systems and methods for a controller including controller memory and logic are presented herein. The logic is configured to control access to a persistent storage media and, in response to one or more commands, the logic determines an intermediate parity value based on a first parity calculation, and using the intermediate parity value determines a final parity value based on the intermediate parity value and a second parity calculation. Determining the intermediate parity value includes sending a uni-directional command to read an old data value from an address indicated in the uni-directional command, perform an exclusive-or operation on the old data value and a new data value indicated in the uni-directional command to determine the intermediate parity value and store, in the persistent storage media, the intermediate parity value at a location associated to an index indicated in the uni-directional command.

    Abstract: A method for regulating an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) includes receiving a UAV identifier and one or more types of contextual information broadcasted by the UAV. The UAV identifier uniquely identifies the UAV from other UAVs. The one or more types of contextual information includes at least geographical information of the UAV. The method further includes authenticating, via an authentication device, an identity of the UAV based on the UAV identifier to determine whether the UAV is authorized for operation, and transmitting a signal to a remote device in response to determining whether the UAV is authorized for operation.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a perfluorophosphate-based drag-reducing agent for gas pipelines. Raw materials for the perfluorophosphate-based drag-reducing agent for gas pipelines consist of fatty acid(s), pyridine(s), fluorophosphates(s) and haloalkane(s) in a mass ratio of 2:1:1:1 to 2:3:1:2. A method for preparing the perfluorophosphate-based drag-reducing agent for gas pipelines is also provided. The perfluorophosphate-based drag-reducing agent for gas pipelines is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, has a high drag reduction percentage, a long-lasting effect, good stability and solubility, does not affect the inner surface and coatings of natural gas pipelines or gas quality, and is suitable for on-line atomization and injection.
