    Abstract: A display module includes a display panel having a fingerprint identification area and a light-transmitting protective film located on a back surface of the display panel. The light-transmitting protective film includes a protective layer, a light-shielding pattern located on a side of the protective layer, and a light-transmitting adhesive layer located on a side of the light-shielding pattern away from the protective layer. The protective layer has a target area. At least the target area is a light-transmitting area, and the target area at least partially overlaps with the fingerprint identification area. The light-shielding pattern defines a plurality of imaging apertures, the plurality of imaging apertures are arranged at intervals, and orthogonal projection of the plurality of imaging apertures on the protective layer are at least located in the target area. A surface of the light-transmitting adhesive layer away from the light-shielding pattern is in contact with the display panel.

The method is able to overcome the disadvantage of manual detection in the structural performance of the fire retardant disc, and effectively detect and assess the structural performance of the fire retardant disc in different use conditions.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the field of livestock molecular biotechnology, and provides kits and methods for pedigree division and paternity testing of domestic pigs. The kits and methods specifically select 14 SSR loci of domestic pigs, especially Anqing six-end-white pigs, and synthesize primers for corresponding loci. Through capillary electrophoresis detection of the ear tissue DNA of 98 Anqing six-end-white pigs, the count of effective alleles, heterozygosity, polymorphism information content, and genetic distance, and exclusion probability at each locus are calculated, the pedigree division of domestic pigs, especially Anqing six-end-white pigs, and paternity testing are conducted. The cumulative exclusion probability of 14 microsatellite loci is 99%.

    Abstract: Plasmid DNA from single yeast colonies was efficiently amplified using rolling circle amplification (RCA). The amplified DNA was directly used for restriction digestion, DNA sequencing, and yeast transformation. The RCA of plasmid DNA from single yeast colonies for direct retransformation of yeast simplifies conventional procedures for yeast two-hybrid analysis and is suitable for high-throughput analyses. In summary, we have developed several methods to manipulate plasmid DNA in yeast. It will greatly simplify a number of yeast-based molecular biology tools, particularly yeast two-hybrid analysis. The methods are very useful for high-throughput assays.
