Abstract: Described herein are a system and method for forming a container image. The system and method include obtaining a first layer of a plurality of layers of the container image. The contents of the first layer are stored in a directory such that a first disk image layer file is mounted to the directory. A second layer of the plurality of layers is obtained, and the contents of the second layer are stored in the directory so that the first disk image layer includes contents of the first layer and the second layer. The first disk image layer is saved and is mountable and includes files of the container image.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an eccentric swaying washing nozzle, including a housing, a jet hole, a nozzle, a fixing ring, a water wheel, a fixing cover, and the like. A nozzle ball head is arranged on a front end of the nozzle, and a plurality of evenly distributed circumferential external positioning ribs are provided on an outer circumferential surface of the nozzle ball head. A nozzle hole is provided in the nozzle, and the front end of the nozzle hole extends through the nozzle ball head and is in communication with the jet hole to form water outflow. In this way, when water entering the housing drives the water wheel to rotate and drives a rear end of the nozzle to perform circumferential eccentric rotation, the nozzle ball head can be driven to synchronously perform circumferential eccentric swaying relative to the jet hole under the restriction of the plurality of external positioning ribs, so that the water outflow at the jet hole is also spraying in a circumferential eccentric swaying manner.

Abstract: A separation method and a separation apparatus for CO2-containing phase change solution are provided. Bubbles are used to disturb CO2-containing phase change solution in order to obtain at least two separated liquid phases. The bubbles and the CO2-containing phase change solution form a non-uniform multiphase system. During the process of bubble uplift, the bubbles combine with the less dense solution system and move upward together to accelerate the separation of different density solution system. At the same time, the thrust effect generated by the bubble generator can promote the form of eddy current in the phase separator, which further accelerates the separation of different density solution system and improves the separation efficiency of the phase change solution.

Abstract: Described herein are a system and method for combining folders in a host operating system lacking a facility for performing the combining. A helper virtual machine (VM) is formed and runs a guest operating system with a facility for combining folders such as a union mount facility. The host operating system also runs a host/guest file-sharing server to share folders instead of copying them. The file-sharing server allows the VM to access host folders, perform the combination using the union mount facility, and then allows the host operating system to access the results as a shared union mount folder in the host. Any changes to the shared union mount folder in the host are automatically processed by the union mount facility in the VM and then reflected to a folder in the host operating system.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present disclosure is an intelligent light-emitting diode (LED) lamp, which belongs to the technical field of lighting devices. The lamp is composed of a lamp base and a lamp body, where a control circuit board, a storage battery, a transformer and LED lamp bead arrays having at least two different color temperatures are arranged in the lamp body, and a first LED lamp bead array with a higher color temperature and a second LED lamp bead array with a lower color temperature are alternately distributed row by row. The control circuit board includes a main control module, a driving module and a power management module, so as to achieve control over a light emitting mode of lamp beads and power supply to each module.

A starting image for a container is obtained from a guest starting folder, and while the container runs the starting image changes to the image made by the running container are captured in a guest folder that is union mounted with the guest starting folder. Another union folder, which is the union of a new host folder and the starting folder, contains the changed image which can be used for the container or transferred to a different container.

In one example, a host identifies a request to update a container runtime from a first version to a second version for a container executing in a virtual machine. The host further initiates execution of a second container in a second virtual machine with the second version of the container runtime, wherein the second container uses the same root filesystem as the first container. The host also updates any required networking configurations to direct communications to the second container over the first container and stops execution of the first container.
