    Abstract: A load control method and a load control apparatus for a wind turbine generator system are provided, and the load control method includes: obtaining feature parameters of the wind turbine generator system for load prediction; obtaining a load estimation value of the wind turbine generator system by inputting the obtained feature parameters into a virtual load sensor; adjusting a control strategy of the wind turbine generator system based on the obtained load estimation value. A controller and a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program are further included. With the load control method and apparatus for the wind turbine generator system, a trained virtual load sensor can be used to realize real-time monitoring of the load of the on-site wind turbine generator system, and a reference for adjusting the control strategy can be provided according to the load.

    Abstract: A scaling resistant ceramic glaze and a functional overglaze for Q345 hot rolled alloy steel double sided enameling. The components and the weight percentage of each component of the ground glaze of the enamel are as follows: 3-6% of Al2O3, 60-70% of SiO2; 10-15% of B2O3, 10-15% of Na2O+K2O+Li2O, 3-6% of CaF2, 3-6% of ZrO2, 2-5% of CoO+NiO, 1-3% of BaMoO4+Sb2O3, 0.3-1.5 of WO3. The ground glaze is prepared by formulating chemical raw materials in a weight ratio converted by the described chemical composition, stirring thoroughly and mixing uniformly, melting same in a rotary furnace at 1200-1350° C., and then quenching the melt. The provided scaling resistant ceramic glaze and functional overglaze for Q345 hot rolled alloy steel double sided enameling can be applied to Q345 steel that contains C, P, S and the like which are considered harmful elements and contains a variety of common alloy elements.
