    Abstract: Provided are a traditional Chinese medicine ointment for preventing and treating mastitis in dairy cows and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of veterinary traditional Chinese medicines. The traditional Chinese medicine ointment includes raw materials in parts by mass: 20-30 parts of dandelion, 20-30 parts of herba patriniae, 10-16 parts of Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae, 0.5-1 part of borneol, 0.03-0.05 part of polypeptide, 40-50 parts of auxiliary emulsifier, 40-50 parts of liquid paraffin and 100-130 parts of white vaseline. An amino acid sequence of the polypeptide is: Phe Phe Arg Lys Val Leu Lys Leu Ile Arg Lys Ile Trp Arg (SEQ ID NO. 1). In the application, dandelion, herba patriniae, Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae and borneol 1 are mixed, and polypeptide is added at the same time to prepare ointment.

    Abstract: A vortex-induced vibration power generation device with a magnetic boundary structure, including upper and lower opposite groups of fixed sleeves. Each fixed sleeve includes two vertical sleeves. The vertical sleeves are hollow cavities, and include sealed ends and open ends. Rotating magnetic poles are arranged in the sealed ends of the vertical sleeves. Coil slots are formed in the inner walls of the vertical sleeves. Coil windings are mounted in the coil slots. The vortex-induced vibration power generation device further includes linear bearings. The end portions of the linear bearings are fixedly connected with the open ends of the vertical sleeves through flanges. A vibration mechanism includes a vibration rod and vibration guide rods fixedly connected with the vibration rod. Magnetic coil mounting slots and anti-falling rings are arranged on the vibration guide rods. Magnetic coils are mounted in the magnetic coil mounting slots.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-channel peptide synthesizer, including a gas-bath thermotank, a plurality of reactor tubes, a motor, a rotating rack, a liquid-feeding tube, a feeding device, a vacuum tube and a nitrogen tube. The gas-bath thermotank body provides a desired constant temperature for reaction. The reactor tube provides a place for peptide synthesis and resin washing. The motor and the rotating rack are used to fully mix the reaction and cleaning solutions. Various liquid reagents required are fed to the reactor tube through the liquid-adding tube. Various materials required are prepared in advance in the feeding device and directly fed to the reactor tube. The reaction or washing solution in the reactor tube is pumped to a waste liquid tank through the vacuum tube. Nitrogen is introduced into each reactor tube through the nitrogen tube. This device can be applied in batch-wise peptide synthesis using solid-phase methods.
