    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for evaluating the quality of model samples, a storage medium and a computer device. The method includes: inputting sample data into an AI-generated content detection model to obtain a hit probability of the sample data; matching a content evaluation system based on the attribute information of the sample data; processing the sample data based on the evaluation rule in the content evaluation system to determine a test value of the sample data relative to at least one preset evaluation index; and performing a weighted calculation on the hit probability and the test value based on a target weight corresponding to the hit probability and the preset evaluation criterion, to obtain a quality score of the sample data. This method is capable of filtering data that may mislead model training, and also realizing a high-precision evaluation of the training data.

    Abstract: A method of preparing a semiconductor-on-insulator structure from a bonded structure including a handle substrate, a donor substrate including a cleave plane, and a dielectric layer positioned between the handle substrate and the donor substrate, the method includes cleaving the bonded structure at the cleave plane to form a cleaved structure including the handle substrate, the dielectric layer, and a device layer. The single crystal semiconductor device layer defines a damaged region at an exposed surface opposite the dielectric layer. The damaged region includes single crystal semiconductor material and extends a thickness from the exposed surface. The method also includes removing the damaged region from the cleaved structure using a clean-and-etch operation that includes contacting the exposed surface of the device layer with an alkaline solution at a temperature and for a duration sufficient to remove the damaged region and smoothing the device layer with the damaged region removed.

    Abstract: Methods of preparing handle structures for use in semiconductor-on-insulator structures, and methods of preparing semiconductor-on-insulator structures, include forming a charge trapping layer on a front surface of a single crystal semiconductor handle substrate by depositing a semiconductor material on the front surface, where a semiconductor oxide layer is formed on the back surface and where, during deposition of the semiconductor material on the front surface, the semiconductor oxide layer limits deposition of the semiconductor material on the back surface. The semiconductor oxide layer has a sufficient thickness to withstand the deposition of the semiconductor material without exposing the back surface.

    Abstract: The invention relates to RO water purifier (100) with provision for dispensing hot or cold water. The device has a user-interface through which a user can choose how hot the purified water should be. The RO water purifier (100) comprises a compartment (9) for storage of pre-heated or pre-cooled purified water. The compartment comprises an inlet for return of any undispensed purified hot, cold, or ambient water to flow back from the user-interface. The compartment has an outlet for pre-heated or pre-cooled purified water to flow out into a device (8) for heating or cooling it further as desired by the user. The device for heating or cooling the purified ambient water is configured to heat the water to 80 to 95° C. or alternatively, is configured to cool it to 15 to 5° C., and wherein in said e compartment said pre-heated water is stored at 40 to 75° C. and when it is pre, cooled it is stored at 10 to 20° C., and wherein temperature of said purified ambient water is 25 to 40° C.
