    Abstract: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device are provided. A pixel region is provided with a light emission function layer on a base substrate of the display substrate, and a separation region is provided with at least one first barrier structure. The first barrier structure includes a stopper pattern and a first separation component. A side surface of the first separation component has a recess, and a portion of the light emission function layer extending to the separation region is disconnected on the side of the first separation component. The separation region is provided with an inorganic layer structure on the base substrate. The inorganic layer structure includes multiple stacked inorganic film layers, the stopper pattern is located between two adjacent inorganic film layers and the first separation component is located on a side of the inorganic layer structure away from the base substrate.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a lenalidomide gastro-retentive sustained-release tablet and a preparation method thereof. The sustained-release tablet comprises 3 wt % to 14 wt % of lenalidomide, 14 wt % to 68 wt % of release enhancer with low bulk density, 23 wt % to 70 wt % of sustained-release material with low bulk density, and the balance of other pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, wherein the bulk density of the release enhancer ranges from 0.24 g/cm3 to 0.52 g/cm3; and the bulk density of the sustained-release material ranges from 0.29 g/cm3 to 0.51 g/cm3. The sustained-release tablet of the invention is in a floating state in a gastric environment, is not directly discharged from a stomach due to gastric emptying, has an effect of gastric retention, and is not easily discharged with substances contained in the stomach, and has a high drug bioavailability and small side effects.

The lower end cover is arranged with a gas inlet port, through which a protective gas is provided to the interior of the fixed shaft. The protective gas forms a positive pressure in the annular space between the fixed shaft and the rotary shaft through the at least one circle of exhaust holes. The present invention provides positive pressure protective gas to the spacing between the fixed shaft and the rotary shaft by opening exhaust holes on the wall of the fixed shaft.

A material stirring device for a biomass bin includes a transmission mechanism, a main stirring mechanism, and an auxiliary stirring mechanism. The main stirring mechanism includes a cylinder connected to the transmission mechanism. The outer wall of the cylinder is provided with a hollow stirring rod. The auxiliary stirring mechanism includes a rotating shaft vertically penetrating through the hollow stirring rod. Both ends of the rotating shaft are provided with stirring blades and the rotating shaft is connected to the transmission mechanism. That the stirring device is easily damaged due to too high density of the biomass material is overcome through the automatic conversion adjustment of the main and auxiliary stirring mechanisms. The continuous discharge efficiency of the biomass bin is improved by the organic integration of over and partial stirring.
