    Abstract: Embodiments of probes for selectively detecting compounds having a thiol group and an amino group, e.g., cysteine and/or homocysteine, are disclosed, along with methods and kits for detecting the compounds in neutral media with the probes. The probes have a structure according to the general formula where R1-R4 independently are hydrogen hydroxyl, halogen, thiol, thioether, lower aliphatic, or lower alkoxy, x is an integer from 0 to 4, and each R5 independently is halogen, hydroxyl, thiol, thioether, lower aliphatic, or lower alkoxy. Embodiments of the disclosed probes are capable of undergoing condensation/cyclization reactions with cysteine and/or homocysteine. Cysteine and/or homocysteine can be selectively detected and identified by determining fluorescence emission of the probes at characteristic wavelengths.

The independently decoded frame that is referenced by the video frame closest to the access time point is acquired when the video frame closest to the access time point is the non-independently decoded frame, and decoding starts from the video frame closest to the access time point according to the referenced independently decoded frame, and video playback is performed. Hence, access accuracy of network video playback can be improved.

The fixed portion is has an inlet waterway, a first and second outlet waterway and a control hole that can connect to the outlet waterways. The first outlet waterway has a first outlet and the second outlet waterway has a second outlet. The valve spool is slidably assembled inside the fixed portion vertically to the inlet waterway, and has a slim hole connected to the inlet waterway. The valve spool and the fixed portion form a pressure cavity. The control hole and the slim hole are connected to the pressure cavity. The pressure cavity is controlled by the control hole to drive the valve spool to move along the inlet waterway to close the first or second outlet, switching the inlet waterway to connect to the first or second outlet waterway.

The fabrication method includes: forming a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer, an active layer, a pixel electrode layer and a source-drain electrode layer on a substrate, and etching the source-drain electrode layer by using a photoresist pattern to form a source electrode and a drain electrode; ashing the photoresist pattern, so as to align edges of the ashed photoresist pattern with edges of the source electrode and the drain electrode; etching a silicon oxide generated in ashing the photoresist pattern; and etching a semiconductor layer between the source electrode and the drain electrode by an etching process to form a channel. The fabrication method can remove indium-containing material remained on both sides of a source electrode and a drain electrode, and can resolve a problem that a width of a channel between the source electrode and the drain electrode is small.

The method may also include acquiring 3D TRUS images of the patient at each of the one or more positions of the range and generating a patient specific biomechanical model based on the 3D TRUS images. The method may further include integrating the patient specific biomechanical model, the 3D TRUS images and MR images to generate an integrated image of the prostate. The methods, systems, and computer readable media can improve efficiency and accuracy of 3D TRUS and MR image registration, e.g., for image-guided interventions.
