    Abstract: Disclosed is a manufacturing method for a tinplate, relating to the technical field of steel plate manufacturing. With regard to the manufacturing method for a tinplate: in the step of flattening a base plate, double stands are used for flattening, a first stand working roller have a surface roughness value Ra of 1.6-1.7 ?m and a rolling force of 5000-6000 kN, and a second stand working roller have a surface roughness value Ra of 0.5-0.6 ?m and a rolling force of 3000-4000 kN; in the step of electroplating the base plate, an electroplating solution have a Sn2+ concentration of 14-19 g/L; and in the step of passivating the base plate, a passivation solution have a temperature of 41-43° C., a pH value of 4.4-4.6, and a concentration of 16-18 g/L, the passivation electric charge density being 120-180 C/m2.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method for a tin plate including a component design of low-carbon aluminum killed steel; under the condition of not increasing the alloy content and the production control difficulty, the content of elements such as C, Mn, Al and N in the tin plate is designed, and corresponding hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing and leveling processes are used; the strengthening effects of conventional elements, carbon and manganese, are fully utilized, aluminum nitride precipitation control in hot rolling is taken into account, a proper cold rolling reduction rate is selected, the ferrite grain size and cementite precipitation in steel are controlled by means of continuous annealing and over-aging treatment, and a specific temper rolling process is used, so that a tin plate having small strength and hardness fluctuations, a high elongation rate and a short yield plateau is produced.

    Abstract: Disclosed are compositions, kits, and methods for amplifying and quantifying a target nucleic acid from a sample. Compositions, kits, and methods enable the quantification of a target nucleic acid from a sample using an internal quantification standard disposed in the same reaction volume as the target nucleic acid, thereby eliminating the need for additional amplification reactions and processing to generate a standard curve. Compositions, kits, and methods also enable the comparison of target nucleic acid loads between two or more test samples by normalizing measured levels of the target nucleic acid in each sample according to relative levels of endogenous nucleic acid in each test sample.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an operating system startup method, apparatus and electronic device. A specific implementation of the method comprises: determining at least one target mirror server from a mirror server cluster based on a LinuxBoot on a diskless server, wherein a mirror file stored in a mirror server comprises a system kernel and a file system; downloading mirror file fragments from a target mirror server of the at least one target mirror server based on the LinuxBoot; assembling a plurality of downloaded mirror file fragments into a target mirror file; and booting an operating system of the diskless server based on a target system kernel and a target file system comprised in the target mirror file. Therefore, the efficiency and success rate of diskless boot-up of an operating system of the diskless server can be improved when booting the operating system based on the LinuxBoot.
