    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a minimally invasive fracture reduction and fixation system, including a retractable fixing bracket, a reduction device and a fixing device, wherein the retractable fixing bracket includes a connecting member, and a first fixing member and a second fixing member, the reduction device includes at least two reduction regulators, internal fixing needles and limit sleeves, each reduction regulator includes an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve, the inner sleeve has a center hole matching the internal fixing needle at its center, and the fixing device includes at least two external fixing needles. The present disclosure can realize longitudinal displacement and transverse displacement of the first bone segment and the second bone segment of the fracture with reference to the anteroposterior direction, and can realize minimally invasive reduction of the first bone segment and the second bone segment of the fracture.

A part of the helium with medium concentration enters an adsorption unit for further concentration to produce a helium product above grade A.

    Abstract: The present application provides use of a CCDC157 gene and mutant genes thereof as molecular markers in diagnosis of male infertility diseases. Experiments have shown that the CCDC157-MIF515 mutant gene/protein causes male infertility, spermatogenesis disorder, sperm dysfunction, reduced sperm count, reduced sperm motility, abnormal sperm morphology, abnormal sperm head, etc. The CCDC157-MIF515 mutant gene/protein of the present application can be used as target genes for diagnosing male infertility. Meanwhile, the expression level of the CCDC157 of CCDC157 gene/protein is significantly reduced in NOA patients and SCOS patients, and the male infertility can be prevented and/or treated by increasing the activity and/or expression of the CCDC157 protein.
