    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to laser hybrid welding device and method for aluminum alloy based on in-situ self-generated reinforcing particle, comprises a fiber laser, a control system, a laser hybrid welding device, a powder feeder and a semiconductor laser. The laser hybrid welding device comprises a gantry crane, a partition, a first guide rail, a second guide rail, a workbench, a first laser welding head and a second laser welding head. The first laser welding head is connected to the semiconductor laser, and the second laser welding head is connected to the fiber laser. The powder feeder can accurately control the conveying speed and proportion of the powder to ensure that the powder particles are located at the to-be-welded position. A semiconductor laser is used for irradiating a to-be-welded position, and a high-temperature condition is generated, so that the particle reinforced phase is promoted to be generated in situ.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a laser manufacturing microstructure partition regulation and control device and a corresponding method based on matrix modular temperature control. An inner portion of the device's console provides a plurality of temperature regulation and control elements arranged in a matrix form so that a workpiece is divided into different areas. During the laser manufacturing process, the temperature of the workpiece is monitored in real-time via a temperature detector; a wireless communication device is used for feeding back the collected data to a computer; the computer judges whether the workpiece needs to be heated or cooled, then the signal is transmitted to the wireless communication device, and the console controls an induction coil or a cooling nozzle to perform partition regulation and control on the temperature of the workpiece according to the signal so that the workpiece has a specific temperature gradient from a cladding layer to a substrate direction.

    Abstract: A high-strength welding wire includes, in weight percentage, 5.8% Cu, 0.2% Mn, 0.1% V, 0.2% Zr, 0.2% Si, 0.3% Fe, 0.1% Zn, 1.4% compensation element, 0.2% hydrogen evolution element, 1.2% nanoceramic particle, and Al for the balance. Various powdered raw materials are mixed, wrapped with an aluminum strip, rolled and subjected to wiredrawing to form the high-strength welding wire. In a welding method for the high-strength welding wire, a K-shaped groove is formed between a stringer and a panel, and an inclined angle of the welding gun and a distance between the welding gun and the weld are adjusted. Then the angle between the wire-feeding tube and the welding gun and the striking mechanism and the weld are adjusted. Protective gas is supplied to the welding pool, and a laser is activated to perform welding. A striking mechanism is started to strike the weld.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a flexible automatic clamping device and method for backside laser penetration welding of a T-shaped structure. The flexible automatic clamping device includes a clamping system, a ranging system and a control system. The ranging system outputs a position instruction to the control system, the control system outputs a movement instruction to the clamping system, so as to adjust the clamping system to an optimal position, then a stringer pressing plate fastens a stringer by means of a Y-shaped connecting rod, and a skin pressing plate fastens skin by means of a skin connecting rod. Based on the flexible automatic clamping device, the method includes prewelding clamping, backside laser penetration welding and postwelding shape retention. The disclosure implements accurate positioning, automatic clamping, backside laser penetration welding and postwelding shape retention of a T-shaped skin-stringer structure.
