  • Publication number: 20240097618
Abstract: An inductor current reconstruction circuit, a controller and a switched-mode power supply are disclosed. The inductor current reconstruction circuit includes an AC component reconstruction module having a charge/discharge capacitor, which is coupled to an inductor and configured to charge or discharge the charge/discharge capacitor, based on voltage difference between voltages at opposing ends of the inductor, or on voltage difference between a voltage at one end of the inductor and another voltage associated with the voltage at the end of the inductor, at a current proportional to the voltage difference. The AC component reconstruction module outputs a reconstructed signal characterizing an AC component in a current through the inductor. Inductor current reconstruction can be achieved without detecting ON/OFF states of power transistors.

  • Publication number: 20220040315
Abstract: Compositions of nucleases in formulations with dendrimers are used in pharmaceutically effective dosages as therapeutics for covid-19 and a broad spectrum of viruses in various embodiments. When cationized nucleases are mixed and/or complexed with a dendrimer, an unexpected positive dendrimer effect is manifest. This positive dendrimer effect is shown to be highly effective for catalyzing anti-viral RNase properties. In various embodiments compositions of cationized nucleases in combination with a dendrimer demonstrated this synergistic amplification of anti-viral effectiveness and are used in pharmaceutically effective dosages as therapeutics against covid-19 and a broad spectrum of viruses. An exemplar formulation which exhibits a positive dendrimer effect is cationized RNase A mixed and/or complexed with gen 2 PAMAM dendrimer.

  • Patent number: 11194356
Abstract: Techniques for efficient operation of a linear stage in an H-bridge system are provided. In an example, a linear stage can switch between voltage regulation and current regulation over a range of a command signal. The particular regulation mode can depend on the regulation mode of a switched stage of the H-bridge system. Efficiency can be realized by using current regulation of the linear stage when the output voltage of the linear stage moves away from the voltage of a supply rail. Such a control scheme can reduce the voltage across the linear stage for a larger range of the command signal resulting in less heat dissipation of the linear stage compared to conventional control of H-bridge linear stages.

  • Patent number: 9077244
Abstract: A DC/DC converter configurable for operating as a multiphase DC/DC. A controller produces a master drive signal for controlling a primary power switch to produce the output DC signal at a desired level. Multiple secondary power stages are coupled between the input and the output nodes for producing an output DC signal. Each of the multiple secondary power stages has at least one secondary power switch responsive to the input DC signal for producing the output DC signal. An expander system configures the DC/DC converter for operation in a multiphase DC/DC conversion mode. The expander system is responsive to the master drive signal for producing multiple slave drive signals respectively supplied to the multiple secondary power stages for controlling secondary power switches. The slave drive signals have phases shifted with respect to the master drive signal and with respect to each other.
