  • Publication number: 20220409146
Abstract: A plurality of radiographic images are captured of a portion of a patient in periodic motion, such as cardiac images (heartbeat motion) or lungs (breathing motion). A first subset of the captured radiographic images are identified as having a common first capture time relative to a phase of the periodic motion. A first 3D image is reconstructed using the first subset of captured radiographic images. Additional subsets of the radiographic images are processed similarly based on their common capture time relative to the phase of the periodic motion.

Abstract: Compositions and methods for enhancing antigen-specific immunity in a subject are provided. Pharmaceutical compositions including an effective amount of an immuno-stimulatory cardiolipin as an adjuvant in combination with an antigen and methods of use thereof for stimulating protective immunity to the antigen in a subject are provided. Administration of the combination of the antigen and cardiolipin adjuvant is effective to enhance antigen-specific immunity in a subject to a greater degree than administering to the subject the same amount of the antigen alone. The active agents can be administered together or separately. In preferred forms the cardiolipin is cardiolipin species (C18:2)4. In preferred forms the antigen is formulated as a vaccine, such as an influenza vaccine. A preferred amount by weight of each reagent is about 10-40% cardiolipin to about 90-60% antigen(s), inclusive.

  • Publication number: 20220262129
Abstract: This document describes a multiple hypothesis-based data fusion tracker. Each hypothesis aligns to a different pseudo measurement type. The fusion tracker automatically determines, using a predefined error covariance associated with the radar, which pseudo measurement type has a greater chance of being accurate for a current situation. The fusion tracker may rely on either one of two combined radar and vision calculations, or the fusion tracker may ignore the vision-based pseudo measurements and instead, rely on radar pseudo measurements alone. By selecting between three different bounding boxes, a vision angle based box, a vision lateral position based box, or a radar only based box, the fusion tracker can balance accuracy and speed when drawing, repositioning, or resizing bounding boxes, even under congested traffic or other high volume situations.

  • Publication number: 20220260670
Abstract: Methods and systems are described that enable radar detection prioritization based on downstream feedback. As a vehicle is traveling in a travel corridor, radar detections are received by a processor and feedback related to a downstream function is received from another processor that is executing the downstream function. For the radar detections that are determined to be within the travel corridor, respective priorities are assigned based on locations of the radar detections and the feedback related to the downstream function. The radar detections with the assigned priorities are then stored in a detection buffer along with indications of their respective assigned priorities. In this way, the detection buffer may be optimized for the downstream function by filtering out certain detections and prioritizing others. Consequently, computational loads on the downstream function are reduced while ensuring that important detections are received by the downstream function early.

  • Publication number: 20220250612
Abstract: This document describes target curvature estimation considering vehicle dynamics constraints. Some vehicle dynamics models use several kinematic states to predict the paths of targets identified by an object-tracking system. Rather than rely on predetermined industry measurements as the kinematic inputs to a model, an example system instead estimates some of these states using near real-time data output from a tracking filter. This can include estimating position and velocity states, as well as curvature and centripetal acceleration states. The example system is particularly suited at accurately predicting the curvature and centripetal acceleration states, which greatly improves the accuracy of the object-tracking system, and further improves safety in avoiding a target collision.

  • Publication number: 20220173333
Abstract: Provided are a heterocyclic derivative and an organic electroluminescent device thereof, which relates to the field of organic photoelectric materials. The heterocyclic derivative of Formula I has high electron mobility and great hole blocking performance, and thus the organic electroluminescent device prepared by using the heterocyclic derivative as the electron transport region material, especially the hole blocking material, has low drive voltage and high luminous efficiency. The organic electroluminescent device can also include a hole transport region, and the hole transport region, especially the emissive auxiliary layer, contains the triarylamine compound of Formula II. Since the electron transport region and the hole transport region of the device can effectively balance carriers, which reduces the quenching of excitons and improves the recombination probability of carriers, the device shows low drive voltage and high luminous efficiency.
