The present invention uses wet cells or a purified transaminase as a biocatalyst and a sitagliptin precursor ketone or a prochiral carbonyl compound as a substrate to prepare a sitagliptin intermediate or a sitagliptin ester intermediate; the total yield of the method reaches about 82%, and e.e. value of the product reaches 99%.

The two battery packs include a first battery pack and a second battery pack. The control circuit further includes a switch module disposed at a charging and discharging circuit of the first battery pack. A control terminal of the switch module is connected to the control module and is configured to cut off the charging and discharging circuit upon reception of the trigger signal. The control circuit also includes an excitation module configured to form a path with the two battery packs upon cut-off of the charging and discharging circuit, and generate an excitation current, so that the excitation current flows back and forth between the two battery packs.

The lifting factor Z satisfies a relationship of 22*Z?K. According to the encoding method provided in the embodiments, information bit sequences of a plurality of lengths can be encoded for transmission between the communication devices.
