The drive comprises a pusher block having a first end, a second end, and a transmission component arranged on a central portion of the pusher block to drive a transmission shaft; a first driving unit connected to the first end to drive the first end to reciprocate between a first position and a second position; and a second driving unit connected to the second end to drive the second end to reciprocate between a third position and a fourth position. The drive enables switching of the transmission shaft between a high speed mode, a low speed mode, and an idle mode. A winch including the drive is also disclosed.
