    Abstract: The present application relates to a power failure detection circuit, the circuit comprises: a rectifying circuit for full-wave rectifying an alternating current voltage so as to obtain a first voltage; a switching circuit for converting the first voltage into a periodic voltage pulse; and a judgment circuit for providing an output signal to a fan control circuit for closing a fan when the periodic voltage pulse is not received within a preset time period, and providing the output signal to a micro-control unit for closing an electronic expansion valve. The present application also relates to a control circuit for a variable refrigerant flow VRF system.

    Abstract: A cooking appliance includes a body defining a cooking cavity, and a mounting plate including pivotably coupled first and second panels and first and second locking features that are coupled to the first and second panels, respectively. The mounting plate is operable between a folded condition, wherein the second panel is pivoted relative to the first panel such that the mounting plate fits within the cooking cavity and the first locking feature is disengaged from the second locking feature, and an extended condition in which the mounting plate supports the body in a mounted condition of the cooking appliance. The first and second panels are generally parallel and the first locking feature is engaged with the second locking feature to maintain the mounting plate in the extended condition. The first and second locking features become engaged with each other upon movement of the mounting plate to the extended condition.

    Abstract: A valve module and a heat pump system are disclosed. The heat pump system comprises: an outdoor unit, a plurality of indoor units, one or more valve modules, a plurality of sensors and a control device. The control device is connected to the plurality of sensors and configured to execute a local cut-off step upon receiving a signal indicating refrigerant leakage in a corresponding indoor unit sent from any sensor, the local cut-off step comprising: closing the indoor unit throttling element of the indoor unit with leakage; and closing the corresponding branch control valve in the valve module connected to the indoor unit with leakage. The valve module and heat pump system according to the embodiments of the invention can effectively prevent continuous refrigerant leakage into the room and have minimal impact on other indoor units of the heat pump system.

    Abstract: A method for processing a mortise of a small-size superalloy turbine disk using laser shock peening A laser shock peening (LSP) parameter of a laser shock peening (LSP) robot is designed. A spatial data of a motion trajectory of the LSP robot for a laser shock peening area of mortise teeth of the first mortise is found and recorded using a robot simulation system software to generate a trajectory program of the robot for the first mortise. Then a rotation program of an end of an arm of the LSP robot is written according to an included angle between two adjacent mortises to generate a trajectory program of the robot for all mortises of the turbine disk. Finally, the turbine disk is processed by laser shock peening.

    Abstract: This invention provides a thin film transistor and a manufacturing method thereof, an array substrate, and a display apparatus. This thin film transistor comprises an organic semiconductor layer and a source drain electrode layer, and further comprises a metal oxide insulating layer, wherein the metal oxide insulating layer is provided between the organic semiconductor layer and the source drain electrode layer and has a work function higher than that of the source drain electrode layer. In the thin film transistor provided by this invention, the metal oxide insulating layer having a higher work function can generate an interface dipole barrier so as to reduce the difficulty for the carriers in the source drain electrode to enter the organic semiconductor layer and thereby it is possible to decrease the contact resistance between the source drain electrode layer and the semiconductor layer and improve electrical properties of the thin film transistor.
