    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of electric power system, and more particularly to a topology of a series-connected MMC with a small number of modules, where the topology is composed of a three-phase bridge circuit, half-bridge valve strings, a three-phase filter inductor, and a three-phase grid frequency transformer. The topology of a series-connected MMC with a small number of modules in the present disclosure needs only two half-bridge valve strings, thus greatly reducing the number of the submodules as compared with the conventional MMC structure. When achieving the same high DC voltage output, the present disclosure can improve the power density of the MMC, realize stable three-phase AC output voltage, and further achieve balance of capacitor voltages in the two half-bridge valve strings.

    Abstract: Image processing methods and apparatus are disclosed. Various illustrative methods may include or involve aspects such as: obtaining an edge feature image of a logo area image; when the edge feature image of the logo area image has a first interval point, removing edge points on the right side of the first interval point; and when the edge feature image of the logo area image has a second interval point, removing edge points below the second interval point. Implementations herein, for example, may be used to process logos having an interval between an icon part and a character part, where the icon part is internally continuous and the character part is generally below or on the right side of the icon part, such that the character part in the logo may be removed quickly and accurately by image processing functionality herein.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and a device for digit separation, and relate to the technical field of information recognition. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a sliding template matching method is not required. Instead, in one illustrative implementation, a station logo area and position information of the station logo area are obtained; position information of a digit area is determined according to a position relation between the station logo area and the digit area, and the position information of the station logo area; and the station logo area is then segmented according to the position information of the digit area to obtain the digit area. In such a manner, digit separation can be realized simply, and the efficiency of separation is improved.

    Abstract: A cutting fluid processing device for recycling used cutting fluid. The cutting fluid processing device includes a container having a hollow interior volume, a fluid inlet, and a fluid outlet. The container includes an ultraviolet light source therein, wherein the ultraviolet light source is adapted to sanitize the cutting fluid by killing bacteria therein. The container further includes a waste outlet for removing contaminants from the container. The container further includes a filter for use in separating contaminants or particulates from the cutting fluid prior to escaping the container via the fluid outlet. Thus, the cutting fluid processing device allows cutting fluid to be treated so that it can be reused.
