  • Patent number: 11166805
Abstract: A filter (10) includes a proximal end (1), a distal end (2) and a main filter body connected between the proximal end (1) and the distal end (2). The main filter body has a first filter unit (3) and a second filter unit (4), both being conical mesh structures, as well as multiple intermediate connection posts (5) connecting the first filter unit and the second filter unit. The intermediate connection posts (5) have provided thereon support posts (6). A support post (6) includes a transition segment (61) extending from an intermediate connection post (5) to a blood vessel wall, and a support segment bent and extending from the transition segment (61), and at least partially abutting the blood vessel wall. The support segment has a main body (62) bent and extending from the end of the transition segment (61) and a flexible segment (63) bent and extending from the main body (62).

  • Patent number: 10933162
Abstract: Disclosed are an implantable medical device, a preparation method thereof and an implantable medical device preform for the preparation of the implantable medical device. The implantable medical device comprises a metal basal body (21) and a polymer film layer (22) covering the surface of the metal basal body (21) and preventing endothelium growth and covering, and also comprises a transitional body (23), which is located between the metal basal body (21) and the polymer film layer (22) and covers at least part of the surface of the metal basal body (21), wherein the transitional body (23) is connected to the polymer film layer (22) and the metal basal body (21). By arranging the transitional body (23) to be connected to the polymer film layer (22) and the metal basal body (21), the polymer film layer (22) will not easily fall off when being implanted into a human body.

  • Publication number: 20200315769
Abstract: A filter, including a main body part. The main body part includes a heart-proximal end, a plurality of connecting segments, and a first filter mesh connecting between the heart-proximal end and the plurality of connecting segments. An end of the connecting segments that is connected to the first filter mesh is bent towards a central longitudinal axis of the filter to form a bending part. A vertical distance between a proximal end of the bending part and the central longitudinal axis of the filter is less than a vertical distance between a distal end of the bending part and the central longitudinal axis of the filter.

  • Patent number: 10786599
Abstract: Provided are an implanted medical device (1) and preparation method thereof, and an implanted medical device preform for preparing the implanted medical device (1). The implanted medical device (1) comprises a metal basal body (21) and a polymer film layer (22) covering the surface of the metal basal body (21) and preventing endothelium growth and covering, wherein at least a part of the surface of the metal basal body (21) is provided with a surface-modified layer (211) which contains doped ions, and the metal basal body (21) is connected to the polymer film layer (22) by the doped ions. Since the metal basal body (21) may be bonded to the polymer film layer (22) by the doped ions, the polymer film layer (22) is unlikely to separate during delivery, therefore effectively preventing endothelium growth and covering in vivo.
