Abstract: An information processing method and a switch are described, in which the method includes the steps of acquiring a first information transmitted by the server through the first connection; deciding whether a first parameter in the first information matches a first predetermined parameter, the first parameter including at least Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) identification information and Internet Protocol (IP) address information corresponding to a network port into which the first connection line is plugged on the server; determining the first connection line connected at the switch is in a wrong connection when it is decided that the first parameter does not match the first predetermined parameter. The recognition whether a connection of a network cable plugged in a network port of the server and the port of the switch are correct may be realized automatically.

Abstract: Provided are an electronic device, a power failure protection method, and a data recovery method. The electronic device includes a backup power supply unit, a volatile storage unit and a control unit. The power failure protection method includes starting the backup power supply unit to supply power to the volatile storage unit and the control unit temporarily when a power supply of the electronic device is shut down; connecting the volatile storage unit to an external device; and reading out the data stored in the volatile storage unit and providing the same to the external device.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cloud system configuration method which can simplify and reduce manual manipulations involved in building of a private cloud. The method comprises: collecting dynamic information of a server in a cloud system by an automatic configuration module installed in the server, upon the cloud system has been built and the server is powered up for the first time, wherein the dynamic information includes at least an Internet protocol IP address of the server, and the cloud system includes M servers and N switches, M, N being positive integers; configuring, by the automatic configuration module, the server according to the dynamic information, so that the server implements corresponding functions according to the configuration. The present disclosure also discloses another cloud system configuration method, a server in the cloud system and an apparatus for configuring the cloud system.

Abstract: A Joint Source-Channel Decoding (JSCD) apparatus, method, necessity judging method, and a receiver includes: a source coding rate change judging unit configured to judge whether a source coding rate of the current frame is the same as the previous frame; a source coding rate eligibility judging unit configured to judge whether the source coding rate of the current frame is less than a predetermined source coding rate threshold; a current frame SIR eligibility judging unit configured to judge whether an SIR of the current frame is lower than a predetermined SIR threshold, a necessity result determining unit configured to determine that a JSCD is necessary, when the source coding rate of the current frame is the same as the previous frame, the source coding rate of the current frame is less than the source coding rate threshold, and the SIR of the current frame is lower than the SIR threshold.
