Abstract: The invention provides a grass trimmer and a cord delivering method for a grass trimmer, the grass trimmer comprises an extending rod, an housing, a grass trimming head, a handle, a main motor and a main switch, wherein the grass trimming head comprises a base, a cap and a spool having a first state relative static with the base, and the grass trimmer further comprises a cord delivering mechanism; the cord delivering mechanism comprises a cord delivering electronic switch independent of the main switch and a control device; and the cord delivering electronic switch operably electrically controls the control device to enable the spool to be in a second state capable of generating a rotary speed difference with the base. An operator does not need to interrupt work of the grass trimmer and can timely pay off required and the cord delivering operation is simple and convenient.

The output shaft has an output end connected to a drill bit (9) and a second end provided on the other end of the output shaft; in a non-working state, the output shaft can axially move relative to the housing along the output shaft; and in a working state, the output shaft is limited in moving in a first axial direction, the first axial direction being an axial direction from the output end to the second end. The drill bit of the power tool can extend in different length according to different positions of the output shaft, so that a working mode is rapidly switched in different working conditions, especially in a small space.

The power tool comprises a housing, an output shaft configured to mount and drive a working head and provided with a carrier extending out of the housing, a fixer configured to fix the working head at the carrier of the output shaft, a locking mechanism configured to lock or release the fixer and a driving mechanism configured to move the locking mechanism between a locking position and a releasing position, while in the locking position, the fixer is clamped fixedly on the output shaft, and while in the releasing position, the fixer is released from the output shaft. The distance between the locking mechanism and the carrier of the output shaft keeps constant in the locking position to prevent slippage of the fixer and ensure the working head firmly fixed.
