The failure report is sent by the terminal device to a first access network device.

In an example method, when a first access network device performs unsuccessful listen before talk (LBT) for channel detection on an unlicensed channel, the first access network device sends first indication information to a second access network device. Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of humidity-control materials, and in particular, to a long-acting humidity-control material for battery packs and a method for preparing same. The material comprises an upper packaging layer, a humidity-control layer, and a lower packaging layer. The humidity-control layer consists of a polyester fiber as a substrate and a modified humidity-control macromolecular coating. The prepared humidity-control material can achieve long-acting and long-distance control of humidity in the battery packs of vehicles and thereby avoid the moisture condensation in the battery packs, thus improving the operation safety and reliability of new energy vehicles.

The lifting mechanism is configured to stop driving the ring pressing mechanism to descend based on measurement information fed back by the position measurement mechanism. The arrangement of the lower electrode structure can avoid fragmenting of the member to be etched, and improve the product yield.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a flame-retardant, thermal-insulating, and fireproof material for batteries, and relates to a silicone rubber flame-retardant and thermal-insulating material, which comprises a flame-retardant and thermal-insulating layer and an impact-resistant layer, wherein the flame-retardant and thermal-insulating layer comprises organic silicone rubber, a ceramic-forming filler, a flame retardant, an auxiliary agent, and glass powders with different initial melting temperatures, and molten-state temperature ranges of the glass powders cover 300° C. to 1500° C. Various glass powders with different molten-state temperature ranges are added to the material, so that when being burned to form a ceramic layer in the temperature range of 300° C. to 1500° C., the fireproof material always has glass powders in a molten state.

In the method, a first PCI corresponds to a first SSB and a second PCI corresponds to a second SSB. An access network device determines, based on the first PCI and the second PCT, that the first PCI conflicts with the second PCI. In this way, PCI conflicts in an NR system can be detected to improve the success rate and to reduce the call drop rate in a terminal handover.
