Abstract: A solar cell component includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a light absorption layer. The first electrode includes a first conductive electrode, and the second electrode includes a second conductive electrode. The light absorption layer is located between the first conductive electrode and the second conductive electrode. The first electrode further includes a first bus electrode connected to a periphery of the first conductive electrode. A sheet resistance of the first bus electrode is less than a sheet resistance of the first conductive electrode, such that a sheet resistance of a peripheral region of the first electrode is less than a sheet resistance of a central region of the first electrode.
