    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a magnetic bead removal method, device, and storage medium, including: placing a liquid bag with a curved flow channel on a magnetic platform, wherein a plane where the curved flow channel is located is above the magnetic platform and parallel to the magnetic platform; controlling a first flow control assembly to communicate the liquid bag with a sample container, thereby inputting a liquid containing immunomagnetic cells and non-magnetic immune cells into the curved flow channel from the sample container; performing a flattening operation on the liquid bag to increase a contact surface between a bottom surface of the curved flow channel and the magnetic platform, thereby adsorbing the immunomagnetic cells in the curved flow channel onto the contact surface through the magnetic platform; and performing a collection operation to collect the non-magnetic immune cells in the curved flow channel into a collection container.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a quantitative dispensing device and method for biological agents. The quantitative dispensing device includes a storage container, a dispensing container, a first non-contact sensor, and a second non-contact sensor. The biological agents are stored in the storage container. A liquid inlet of the dispensing container communicates with a liquid outlet of the storage container through a delivery tube. Both the first and second non-contact sensors are arranged on the delivery tube between the liquid inlet of the dispensing container and the liquid outlet of the storage container and are separated by a preset distance. By arranging the first and second non-contact sensors on the delivery tube between the liquid inlet of the dispensing container and the liquid outlet of the storage container, non-contact quantitative dispensing of the biological agents can be achieved, effectively enhancing the dispensing efficiency and accuracy of the biological agents.

    Abstract: A method for automatic cell centrifugal cleaning and medium replacement includes: obtaining a cell volume and a critical value of a centrifugal device after centrifugal stabilization of the centrifugal device; and performing, according to a magnitude relationship between the cell volume and the critical value of the centrifugal device, a velocity reduction process on a centrifugal chamber by combining the cell volume and the centrifugal chamber information. The extracted volume is changed by velocity-reduced rotation, and the rotation at a reduced velocity is adjusted according to the magnitude relationship between the cell volume and the critical value of the centrifugal device. The optimal cleaning and medium replacement effect on cells of different volumes can be realized. A high capture rate and a high medium replacement rate are obtained and maximized from different volumes of cell samples in the fixed parameters of the centrifugal chamber.
