The manufacturing method includes: forming a scan line and a gate on a substrate; forming a first insulating layer covering the scan line and the gate on the substrate; forming a metal oxide semiconductor layer above the first insulating layer, the metal oxide semiconductor layer including a source, a drain and an active layer; coating an upper surface of the metal oxide semiconductor layer with a photosensitive material layer; photoetching the photosensitive material layer from the back side of the substrate by using a first metal layer as a mask to form a channel protection layer; performing conductorization treatment on the metal oxide semiconductor layer to enable the source and the drain to be conductive; forming a data line above the first insulating layer; and forming a pixel electrode above the first insulating layer.

Abstract: An information handling system includes a motherboard including a connector interface, and a liquid assisted air cooling (LAAC) module. The LAAC module includes a coolant pump to circulate coolant to one or more components in the information handling system, a leak sensor to detect whether the coolant is leaking, and a processor. The processor detects whether the coolant pump is operating properly. In response to the coolant pump not operating properly, the processor provides a first tachometer signal on a particular pin of the connector interface of the motherboard. The processor further monitors a voltage level received from the leak sensor. A first voltage level indicates a leak being detected, and a second voltage level indicates no leak being detected. In response to the voltage level being the first voltage level, the processor provides a second tachometer signal on the particular pin of the connector interface of the motherboard.

Abstract: An information handling system includes two or more heat-generating devices and a liquid-assisted air cooling (LAAC) assembly to cool at least some of the devices. The LAAC assembly includes a radiator, first and second pumps connected in series with the radiator. The LAAC assembly further includes first and second cold plates enclosing first and second CPUs or another suitable heat generating device. The first and second cold plates are connected in parallel between an inlet of the first pump and an outlet of the second pump. In this configuration, the serial connected pumps in combination with the parallel connected cold plates provide 1+1 pump redundancy while delivering cold coolant from the radiator outlet to both heat generating devices such that neither heat cold plate receives pre-heated coolant from the other cold plate.
