Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the field of genetic engineering technology and relates to a voltage-dependent anion channel gene TaVDAC1 of wheat and use thereof. The wheat voltage-dependent anion channel gene TaVDAC1 negatively regulates wheat resistance to Fusarium head blight (FHB). When the gene TaVDAC1 is overexpressed, the resistance of wheat to FHB decreases; conversely, when the gene TaVDAC1 is silenced or edited, the resistance of wheat to FHB significantly increases. The wheat voltage-dependent anion channel gene TaVDAC1 may be used for the breeding and development of crop variety or germplasm resources with resistance to FHB, thereby enhancing wheat disease resistance and addressing the technical issues of wheat susceptibility to FHB and the reliance on chemical control methods for its management.

An example apparatus may comprise: a humidity sensing component configured to generate a humidity level indication associated with gaseous substance in a gas flow channel, a dehumidifier component disposed along the gas flow channel, a gas detecting component disposed downstream with respect to the dehumidifier component along the gas flow channel, and a controller component in electronic communication with the humidity sensing component and the dehumidifier component.

Abstract: An apparatus is programmed with a plurality of programming instructions for automatically generating a reconfiguration script comprising a plurality of configuration commands for reconfiguring a plurality of telecommunication devices of a telecommunication system, based on a current and a target descriptive image of the telecommunication system. The current descriptive image specifies the devices and their features included in the current configuration of the telecommunication system, whereas the target image specifies the devices and their features to be included in the target configuration of the telecommunication system. The plurality of programming instructions generate the reconfiguration script employing feature dependency graph (FDG) data structures, a device model modeling the rules and behaviors of the telecommunication devices, and feature deletion/addition linklists.
