    Abstract: A seat adjustment structure for adjusting a relative position between a seat and a base carrying the seat is provided. The seat adjustment structure is capable of sliding with respect to the base along a first direction and includes: one pair of engaging members, fixed to one of the base and the seat with respect to the first direction; a locking assembly, fixed to the other of the base and the seat, capable of being locked to or unlocked from the engaging member; an operating member, mounted on the seat or the base, capable of moving with respect to the seat along a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction; and a cable, connecting the operating member and the locking assembly, and being arranged to transmit a movement of the operating member to the locking assembly, thereby causing the locking assembly to be locked or unlocked with respect to the engaging members, such that the base is locked or unlocked with respect to the seat.

    Abstract: Techniques related to wireless communication are disclosed. Some aspects of the disclosure relate to devices and methods for improving a quality of service (QoS) by reporting near-real-time feedback relating to a delay experienced by packets queued for transmission, and dynamically scheduling a wireless station to transmit and meet its QoS. A wireless station (STA) obtains one or more packets for transmission, the packets being associated with a delay condition. The STA outputs for transmission a delay status report that includes information relating to the delay condition associated with the one or more packets. In response, the STA obtains a resource allocation for transmission of the one or more packets according to the information relating to the delay condition. Problems that a local region of a gallium oxide material cannot be treated alone and net carrier concentration in a selective region of the gallium oxide material cannot be regulated with high-temperature annealing technology in the oxygen atmosphere in related art are solved.

    Abstract: A seat height adjustment mechanism includes a locking bar and a locking element. The locking bar is disposed in a stroller frame and has locking holes spaced apart. Each of the locking holes has a stop portion protruding therein. The locking element is mounted on a seat and has an engaging end. The engaging end is separably engaged in any one of the locking holes and has an engaging hook protruding in a direction, and the direction is crossed with another direction in which the engaging end moves when the engaging end is separating from the locking hole. The engaging hook separably presses against the stop portion. Therefore, the engaging end cannot separate from the locking hole. Even when wrongly operated, the locking element cannot be rotated and unlocked and thereby prevents the seat from unnecessarily sliding downward, so as to ensure safety of a baby at the seat.

    Abstract: A portable endoscopic system injects medication into a patient's cavity using a single-use access sheath inserted in the cavity with a single-use endoscopic cannula inserted in the sheath. The sheath can remain in the same position in the patient while the cannula rotates in the sheath.
