Abstract: The present application discloses an image stitching method for a stitching product, which includes: step 1: providing a chip design layout of the stitching product; step 2: designing a mask layout according to the chip design layout, including: step 21: setting unit mask images; step 22: merging logic images or cutting path images of adjacent areas between unit regions together to set corresponding peripheral mask images; step 23: merging the same peripheral mask images into one; step 24: constituting a mask layer by using the unit mask images and each peripheral mask image, and forming the mask layout on a mask; step 3: performing repeated exposure to form the stitching product. The present application can reduce the number of mask images, the number of times of exposure and the time of exposure.

The method includes receiving a request indicative of the modality inputs to be selected. The method includes performing an embeddings level fusion operation to concatenate features from the modality inputs. The method includes performing a multi-modal discriminative feature level fusion operation that integrates feature representations learned by applying different network structures on the modality inputs. The method includes determining weights of the concatenated features and the feature representations based on a measure of the concatenated features and the feature representations indicative of affecting a final prediction performance. The method includes generating fused features for the modality inputs based on the concatenated features, the feature representations, and the weights.

Abstract: Provided is a video-based method and system for accurately estimating heart rate and facial blood volume distribution, and the method mainly comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out face detection of video frame containing human face, and extracting face image sequence and face key position points sequence in time dimension; secondly, compressing these sequence of face image and face key position points to obtain the facial signals in time dimension; thirdly, estimating facial blood volume distribution by facial signals mentioned in third step; finally, estimating heart rate values by using model based on deep learning technology and the spectrum analysis method respectively, then fusing the estimation results by Kalman filter to promote the accuracy of heart rate estimation.

Abstract: A generator fault detection method based on the characteristics of air gap magnetic flux density includes the following steps: S1: installing detection devices on a generator and building a test platform; S2: obtaining an air gap magnetic flux density signal through the detection devices; S3: transforming a time domain signal of the magnetic flux density into a frequency domain signal by using a fast Fourier transform; S4: judging if the generator has an air gap eccentricity or a stator inter-turn short circuit fault through the comparison of time domain and frequency domain; S5: obtaining a value of air gap magnetic flux density by calculation, selecting and then comparing a root mean square value of magnetic flux density under different working conditions with the root mean square value of magnetic flux density under normal condition to determine a fault degree.

The DNA sequencing method of this invention comprises: (1) adding a tag sequence at the 3? terminus of the DNA to be sequenced so as to form a DNA to be sequenced including the tag sequence, the nucleotide sequence of said tag sequence being the reverse complement of the nucleotide sequence of the sequencing primer; (2) mixing the DNA to be sequenced including the tag sequence and the sequencing primer so as to form a product having a 5? terminus double strand and a single main strand; (3) after step (2) is completed, the product is mixed separately with dATP, dCTP, dTTP, and dGTP to obtain four systems, each system is separately added to a single-molecule device modified by a DNA polymerase, and electric signals are read. Experiments verify that the method of this invention performs DNA sequencing and has important application value.

The prime editor protein is selected from a PEmax protein, and an amino acid sequence of the PEmax is shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. The PE-STOP gene editing system can perform base replacement of a target gene sequence and introduce a termination codon in advance, thereby efficiently achieving the knockout of the target gene. The gene knockout method provided by the present disclosure has higher genotypic purity of the editing product and lower off-target activity, as well as higher genome coverage depth, therefore it has broad application prospects.
