    Abstract: One embodiment provides a method comprising receiving a first input image and a second input image. Each input image comprises a facial image of an individual. For each input image, a first set of facial regions of the facial image is distinguished from a second set of facial regions of the facial image based on a learning based model. The first set of facial regions comprises age-invariant facial features, and the second set of facial regions comprises age-sensitive facial features. The method further comprises determining whether the first input image and the second input images comprise facial images of the same individual by performing face verification based on the first set of facial regions of each input image.

The DNA sequencing method provided in the present invention comprises the following steps in order: (1) adding a tag sequence at the 3? terminus of the DNA to be sequenced so as to form a DNA to be sequenced including the tag sequence, the nucleotide sequence of said tag sequence being the reverse complement of the nucleotide sequence of the sequencing primer; (2) mixing the DNA to be sequenced including the tag sequence and the sequencing primer so as to form a product having a 5? terminus double strand and a single main strand; (3) after step (2) is completed, the product is mixed separately with dATP, dCTP, dTTP, and dGTP to obtain four systems, each system is separately added to a single-molecule device modified by a DNA polymerase, and electric signals are read. Experiments verify that the method provided in the present invention performs DNA sequencing and has important application value.

The photocurable 3D printing polyimide ink provided by the present invention has excellent mechanical properties, thermal stability, relatively high printing accuracy and relatively low shrinkage; a molded device obtained by 3D printing has excellent properties including high accuracy, great dimensional stability, high strength and corrosion resistance, excellent flexibility, high temperature resistance and relatively low shrinkage. The method for preparing the photocurable 3D printing polyimide ink has a simple process and lower energy consumption.
