    Abstract: A FET with a multi-value switching function comprises a source region, a channel region, a drain region, a gate dielectric layer, a substrate layer, a gate-oxide inducer layer, a metal layer and a spacer layer. The channel region is an undoped channel region, the drain region is an undoped drain region. The metal layer comprises first to third metal blocks which are arranged at intervals from left to right, the distance between the first metal block and the second metal block is 12 nm, the distance between the second metal block and the third metal block is 10 nm, the first metal block is a main control gate of the FET, the second metal block and the third metal block are two inducer gates of the FET, and the spacer layer is used for isolating the first metal block from the second metal block and the third metal block.

The interface data transmission method includes: acquiring a target content stream and a content stream key corresponding to the target content stream; encrypting the target content stream according to the content stream key to obtain encrypted stream ciphertext; acquiring content control information and a shared key of a decryption terminal, and encrypting the content stream key and the content control information according to the shared key to generate a content control information list; embedding the content control information list into the encrypted stream ciphertext to generate encrypted content stream data; and sending the encrypted content stream data to the decryption terminal.

    Abstract: A data transmission method, an electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium are disclosed. The method is applied to a topological connection, the topological connection including a source node and first-level sub-nodes. The method includes: selecting, according to the source node, a first-level sub-node to which digital content is issued by the source node; establishing an authentication channel between the first-level sub-node and the source node; adjusting a counting parameter of the source node according to the authentication channel, and acquiring an authentication identifier of the first-level sub-node; and issuing the digital content to the first-level sub-node according to the authentication identifier if the adjusted counting parameter is smaller than a preset threshold.

    Abstract: An acoustic array transducer capable of forming narrow dispersion, broadband or narrowband acoustic beam sets in two dimensions with a minimum aperture size. Concurrent yet independent electrical interfacing with array transducer elements allows simultaneous formation of multiple transmit and receive beams inclined within two planar orientations normal to the array face, while requiring a minimum amount of supporting circuitry. A method of economically and accurately fabricating the aforementioned transducer array by incrementally dicing bonded layers of solid discs of transducer materials being rigidly held together is also disclosed.
