    Abstract: An off-road vehicle with front and rear seating has right and left connector assembles connecting a front top bar, a B-pillar, a rear top bar, and a middle cross beam of a Roll-Over Protection System (“ROPS”). The connector assembly includes a front top bar connector weld to the front top bar, a B-pillar connector welded to the B-pillar, a rear top bar connector welded to the rear top bar, and a cross beam connector welded to the middle cross beam, which are bolted together using only four bolts. Various inventive aspects strengthen the frame. For instance, the frame includes a rear sloping beam, sloping rearwardly and upwardly, positioned adjacent the rear seating. A rear door is positioned above the rear sloping beam, with its pivot axis toward a rearward end of the rear door, but spaced well in front of a rear post.

Dual air control plates are mounted in the shell on a shaft for pivoting movement. An actuator is linked to the shaft by a swing arm with a guide pin riding in an arced slot of a drive plate rotationally secured to the shaft. The right and left shells are secured to the vehicle using a resilient compressible grommet, with a bushing extending through the grommet and a bolt extending through the bushing and attached into the frame.

The polyvinyl chloride floor includes a polyvinyl chloride floor layer and a stain-resistant surface layer, wherein the stain-resistant surface layer is formed by co-extruding an outer protective layer, a functional layer and an adhesive layer; the outer protective layer is a fluorine-containing polymer; the functional layer is formed by mixing the fluorine-containing polymer, a hot melt adhesive and functional aids; the adhesive layer is formed by mixing the fluorine-containing polymer and the hot melt adhesive; and the stain-resistant surface layer is in hot-melt adhesion connection with the polyvinyl chloride floor layer through the adhesive layer. The present invention has advantages of green environmental protection, high wear resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, bacterial resistance, stain resistance and difficulty in leaving traces.
