    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a use of a combination of an anti-PD-L1 nanobody and a TLR7 small molecule agonist in anti-tumor treatment, and a PD-L1 and TLR7 double-targeting nanobody coupling drug, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. Specifically, disclosed in the present invention are a use and solution of a combination of an anti-PD-L1 nanobody and a derived protein thereof as well as a TLR7 small molecule agonist and a derived compound thereof in anti-tumor treatment. Meanwhile, disclosed in the present invention are design, preparation, and identification solutions for a novel PD-L1 and TLR7 double-targeting-nanobody drug conjugate and a derived molecule thereof, and an effect of the novel PD-L1 and TLR7 double-targeting nanobody drug conjugate in anti-tumor treatment. The PD-L1 and TLR7 double-targeting nanobody drug conjugate of the present invention can yield a significant antineoplastic efficacy in various transplantation tumor models.

    Abstract: A method for rock identification includes the steps of receiving a rock slice image transmitted by an image acquisition device, generating a geometric feature, a mineral feature and a structural feature corresponding to a rock slice based on the rock slice image, and generating an identification result of the rock slice based on the geometric feature, the mineral feature and the structural feature. After the rock slice image is obtained, the rock slice image is subject to feature extraction based on three dimensions, i.e., the geometric feature, the mineral feature and the structural feature, the properties of rock are determined based on multiple dimensional features, and finally the identification result comprising a textual description is generated. After a microscopic visual image corresponding to the rock slice is obtained, feature extraction based on multiple dimensions is performed on the image, and the rock slice is identified with reference to multi-dimensional features.

    Abstract: A method of sampling ingredients of an oil-bearing inclusion includes a) providing a first container and a second container, an external diameter of the first container being smaller than an internal diameter of the second container, and the first and second containers both being transparent; b) adding a solvent into the first container and sealing said first container; c) adding an oil-bearing inclusion sample into the second container, and putting the first container that contains the solvent and is sealed in step b) into the second container; and d) using a laser to ablate the oil-bearing inclusion sample contained in the second container that is sealed in step c), and using the laser to break an end portion of the first container close to the sample on condition that the second container is maintained complete, so as to allow the solvent in the first container to enter the second container.
