Abstract: A novel positive electrode sheet, a secondary battery, a battery module, a battery pack and an electrical apparatus are described. The positive electrode sheet includes a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode film layer with a single-layer structure or a multi-layer structure. When the positive electrode film layer is a single-layer structure, at least one of the positive electrode film layers comprises a first positive electrode active material and a second positive electrode active material; and/or, when the positive electrode film layer is a multi-layer structure, at least one layer of at least one of the positive electrode film layers comprises a first positive electrode active material and a second positive electrode active materials. The first positive electrode active material includes an inner core, a first cladding layer comprising crystalline pyrophosphates, a second cladding layer comprising crystalline phosphate, and a third cladding layer.

Abstract: A method for depth of field tracking and controlling of a pet companion robot device to interact with a pet includes the steps of: locating a target pet within a field of view of the camera; drawing a minimum target rectangle around the target pet, with sides of the minimum target rectangle parallel with the corresponding sides of the field of view of the camera; locating a center point P of the minimum target rectangle. When P is located in quadrangles I and II, adjusting the pet companion robot device to the right to make P overlap with the vertical center line of the field of view of the camera; and when P is located in quadrangles III and IV, adjusting the pet companion robot device to the left to make P overlap with the vertical center line of the field of view of the camera.

Abstract: An experimental device and method for supercritical CO2/H2O mixed fluid huff and puff for shale oil development includes a CO2 storage tank, a water vapor generator, a mixing vessel, and a core holder; the CO2 storage tank and the water vapor generator are in communication with the mixing vessel; a first pressure gauge and a hygronom are connected to an upper end of the mixing vessel, and a displacement pump is connected to a lower end of the mixing vessel; the mixing vessel is connected to an inlet end of the core holder; the core holder is connected to an inlet end of a drying pipe, and the measuring cylinder is disposed upside down in a liquid containing dish, where the liquid containing dish and the measuring cylinder are filled with a saturated sodium carbonate solution.

Abstract: The disclosure provides nucleic acids, and variants and fragments thereof, obtained from strains of Bacillus thuringiensis encoding polypeptides having pesticidal activity against insect pests, including Lepidopteran and Coleopteran. Particular embodiments of the disclosure provide isolated nucleic acids encoding pesticidal proteins, pesticidal compositions, DNA constructs, and transformed microorganisms and plants comprising a nucleic acid of the embodiments. These compositions find use in methods for controlling pests, especially plant pests.

Abstract: The invention provides processes for identifying and tracking genomic duplications that can occur during classical strain development or during the metabolic evolution of microbial strains originally constructed for the production of a biochemical through specific genetic manipulations, processes that stabilize the copy number of desirable genomic duplications using appropriate selectable markers, and non-naturally occurring microorganisms with stabilized copy numbers of a functional DNA sequence.
