    Abstract: The invention relates to a double-microenvironment three-layer bionic hydrogel scaffold and a preparation method and application thereof, which are characterized in that includes a cartilage layer GL-HPKGN, an intermediate layer GL-GMA, and a bone layer GL-HP/GMAAT; by an enzymatic crosslinking reaction based on hydroxyphenylpropionic acid (HPA), kartogenin (KGN) is grafted onto gelatin to form a cartilage-specific microenvironment in GL-HPKGN; Based on hydroxyphenylpropionic acid (HPA), a dual crosslinking network was formed by enzyme crosslinking reaction and methacryloyl-glycidyl dimethicone (GMA) photo-crosslinking reaction, which was used to graft atorvastatin (AT) onto gelatin, forming GL-HP/GMAAT with bone-specific microenvironment; the intermediate layer GL-GMA was beneficial for forming a clear and defined cartilage-bone integrated structure. The introduction of the tide-line intermediate layer GL-GMA facilitated the formation of well-defined chondro-bone integrated structures.

    Abstract: A display device includes a driving substrate, a plurality of micro light-emitting elements dispersedly disposed on the driving substrate, and a common electrode. A groove is provided on the driving substrate between the micro light-emitting elements. Each of the micro light-emitting elements includes an epitaxial structure layer and a first electrode and a second electrode disposed on opposite sides of the epitaxial structure layer. The common electrode is disposed on the driving substrate, is located between the first electrodes of the micro light-emitting elements, and exposes an upper surface of the first electrode. An insulating layer covers sidewalls of the micro light-emitting elements and extends into the groove to improve reliability of the device.

The method includes randomly sampling local clients, assigning a current global model to the randomly sampled local clients for initialization at beginning of a synchronization round, conducting local training on the randomly sampled local clients, collecting local models from the randomly sampled local clients and executing distance-reweighted model aggregation (DMA) on the collected local models to obtain a sub-consensus model, repeating above steps multiple times to obtain a set of sub-consensus models, and aggregating a new model based on the sub-consensus models to be next global model.

    Abstract: A white light emitting material having a chemical structural formula represented by formula (I), a preparation method thereof and application thereof. The preparation method comprises subjecting tris(4-iodophenyl)amine and 4-methoxyphenylacetylene or tris(4-iodophenyl)amine and methyl 4-ethynylbenzoate to a coupling reaction under protection of a protective gas and catalysis of a Pd/Cu mixed catalyst, to obtain the white light emitting material. A novel temperature-sensitive light emitting material is synthesized through a one-step method. The material is applied to the field of diode luminescence based on the temperature-sensitive characteristic. White light luminescence can be finally realized only by reasonably controlling the temperature and duration time during heating a substrate. Compared with the existing art, the method greatly saves raw material costs and manufacturing process costs, and provides a novel idea and strategy for use of a white organic light emitting diode.

    Abstract: Disclosed is application of emodin in inhibiting amyloid ?-protein (A?) accumulation, improving cognitive and memory abilities, and reducing senile plaques. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease which is characterized in that nerve cell fibers are entangled. A? plaques are deposited, and a cognitive function is impaired to a pathological feature, and extracellular toxicity accumulation of A? is considered as one of main links of AD pathogenesis. In the present invention, it is discovered that emodin can obviously inhibit accumulation of an A?42 monomer and formation of fibers and inhibit formation of a ? secondary structure, can improve spatial memory learning ability of an AD mouse, and can obviously clear amyloid plaques in APP/PS1 double-transpenic AD model mouse brain tissues. It shows that emodin can be applied to treatment of AD, and research and development of related medicaments.
