    Abstract: A design method of an anatomical plate for treating a distal femoral fracture and an anatomical plate are provided. The design method includes: obtaining a high-precision three-dimensional model of a fractured bone of a patient; simulating intraoperative reduction to obtain a post-reduction bone model; establishing a finite element model and performing finite element analysis to determine a force condition of the post-reduction bone model; extracting point arrays of a cross section and a coronal plane from a medial femoral condyle part and a diaphysis part of a distal femur of the post-reduction bone model, connecting the point arrays of the cross section and the coronal plane to obtain a connection curve, and obtaining a solid body design of a plate body; adjusting a thickness and a shape of the plate body according to the force condition and an implantation condition of the post-reduction bone model to obtain an anatomical plate.

    Abstract: A design method of an anatomical plate for treating a tibial plateau fracture and an internal fixation device are provided. The design method includes: obtaining a high-precision three-dimensional model of a fractured bone of a patient; obtaining a post-reduction bone model; extracting point arrays of a cross section and a sagittal plane and obtaining solid body designs of a lateral plate body and a medial plate body; and adjusting thicknesses of proximal ends of the lateral plate body and the medial plate body, adjusting thicknesses of main bodies of the lateral plate body and the medial plate body, cutting the lateral plate body and the medial plate body from a sagittal plane according to a fit condition of the lateral plate body and the medial plate body, and determining a position and a direction of a screw hole to obtain a lateral anatomical plate and a medial anatomical plate.

    Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for implementing batch extraction of human anatomical feature parameters. The method includes: obtaining a to-be-measured sample; generating an average model; calculating a point correspondence of a spatial location formed by the average model and each to-be-measured sample; measuring each to-be-measured sample on the average model; and outputting feature parameter data of each to-be-measured sample in batch. Calculation time is reduced by combining feature point extraction with affine transformation, and corresponding points are calculated through a non-rigid registration method to achieve batch and quick measurement.

The method includes: obtaining an anatomical adaptation region of a to-be-evaluated bone with the implantable orthopedic medical device; determining a baseline of the anatomical adaptation region and a baseline of the implantable orthopedic medical device for position registration, and conducting the position registration for the anatomical adaptation region and the implantable orthopedic medical device based on the baselines; and evaluating adhesion of the to-be-evaluated bone to the implantable orthopedic medical device by calculating a distance from each point on an inner curved surface of the implantable orthopedic medical device to the anatomical adaptation region.
