  • Publication number: 20120030091
Abstract: A method and a system of credit risk control use different incentive mechanisms for different type of users for post-loan credit risk control. The method classifies the user to one of several different user types based on the user information and a correspondence relationship between the user information and risk levels, and selects an appropriate incentive mechanism for risk control based on the user type. The incentive mechanisms may either be a positive incentive mechanism or a negative incentive mechanism depending on the user type. The incentive mechanisms are performed over a network, and are designed to encourage a user of good loan payment record but to discourage a user of bad loan payment record. The method and the system are particularly suited for risk control of repayment of various kinds of loans which are applied and disbursed over the Internet.

  • Publication number: 20110219054
Abstract: A method and a system are disclosed for processing online joint guarantee. After a server receives an application from a user, the server provides various types of joint guarantee grouping to the user for selection. The server creates a joint guarantee group having a unique ID according to the selection of the user, organizes the information of the joint guarantee group into a data packet and sends the data packet to a bank system to be approved. The method potentially improves the success rate of joint guarantee grouping and removes the geographical limitations. Through the Internet, the method makes it possible to join companies of different geographical locations for online joint guarantee. The method also establishes a complete online alert mechanism, and realizes computerized loan risk control to improve the business credit system.

  • Publication number: 20110166987
Abstract: A method and a loan access evaluation system use a loan applicant's actual business transaction information received from an online business system on which the loan applicant conducts business. In addition to the information of the loan applicant's owner, other general background business information and historical business information of the loan applicant, the method and the system obtain detailed transaction data of the loan applicant on e-commerce systems or platforms and banks, and thus have access to dynamic business data of the applicant for a more reliable loan access appraisal.

  • Publication number: 20100287068
Abstract: The disclosed online transaction method and system uses payment platform acting as an intermediary agent between the merchant and the shipping company to handle the payment. While the payment platform receives payment from the shipping company, the merchant receives payment from the payment platform. The method and system do not require buyers to use the payment method provided by an intermediary transaction platform to make a payment. Instead, the buyer may pay directly to the shipping company. Unlike conventional transaction method based on COD, however, the disclosed online transaction method and system centrally manage a logistics platform or multiple logistics operations run by logistics companies. The merchant does not receive the payment from the logistics company, but rather receive the payment from a centralized payment platform to ensure secure and fast payment.

  • Patent number: 7169619
Abstract: High quality epitaxial layers of monocrystalline oxide materials (24) can be grown overlying monocrystalline substrates (22) such as large silicon wafers. The monocrystalline oxide layer (24) comprises a layer of monocrystalline oxide spaced apart from the silicon wafer by an amorphous interface layer (28) of silicon oxide. The amorphous interface layer serves as a decoupling layer between the substrate and the buffer layer so that the substrate and the buffer is crystal-graphically, chemically, and dielectrically decoupled. In addition, high quality epitaxial accommodating buffer layers may be formed overlying vicinal substrates using a low pressure, low temperature, alkaline-earth metal-rich process.

  • Patent number: 6806202
Abstract: A method for removing silicon oxide from a surface of a substrate is disclosed. The method includes depositing material onto the silicon oxide (110) and heating the substrate surface to a sufficient temperature to form volatile compounds including the silicon oxide and the deposited material (120). The method also includes heating the surface to a sufficient temperature to remove any remaining deposited material (130).

  • Patent number: 6693033
Abstract: A method of removing an amorphous oxide from a surface of a monocrystalline substrate is provided. The method includes depositing a passivation material overlying the amorphous oxide. The monocrystalline substrate is then heated so that the amorphous oxide layer decomposes into at least one volatile species that is liberated from the surface.
